thinking about spiffing up the rear end housing...anybody do it while ON the car? and what paint did you use, along with sanding and primer prep work?
probably easier off the car, but its not practical to do right now... [ April 02, 2012, 05:51 PM: Message edited by: fredfifty ]

That's going to suck to spray it in the car and make it look good. Buy some battle boxes which will give you a reason to pull your rearend out, you can stiffing the chassis and paint the rearend at the same time.

Buy some por15 after you clean up the housing with brake cleaner and a brush then hit it with a scotch pad then brush it on just don't get it on your hands takes weeks to get it off.

por15 will work good there since it doesnt like uv rays, BUT do check in to what prep has to be done. POR15 is ment to go on rusty stuff if its clean they advised me to prime it first and that rattle can was like $35 so really do your home work and yes protect yourself that shit does not come off!
