Bought my self a little something to start my 68 build. Figure we should get back on track here lol.
Next is their leaf springs and get some subframe connectors. Before I get a new engine for it.
Here is a baseline dyno. Car made 186rwhp and 255tq. I have slicks I'm going to throw on and get some track numbers before i rip into it.

I'm going with caltracs mono leaf springs. Car is going to be set up more for drag. I saw that mustang plus has some nice springs. Never had them but heard good things about them. Think it's called grab a track. Check them out.
These are the ones I'm going with. http://calvertracing.com/splitmonoleaf.php [ December 18, 2011, 11:25 AM: Message edited by: Pure Stang ]

For road racing you should go with a 4 link set up you will have less axel wrap with then leaf springs [ December 18, 2011, 02:32 PM: Message edited by: SS396 chevelle ]

nice!!! until I get the funds and a big bearing 9" as opposed to my small bearing nine inch no 4-link is in the works yet. skip those mustangs plus springs and spend a few extra bucks over at maier racing. for now I'm running maier cougar leafs in the back with their Rcd re-valved bilstiens and im throwing on a set of caltracs because hey they were free.

It's a mobile link. I'll go on my computer and copy the link. You should be able to see it when I get the new link.
