I just got a 351w motor for free from these old guy that i cut his lawn for. Whats better a 351w or a 351c

i think the only diff is that the 351c is just backwards. its harder to find parts so just go with the windsor.

Windsor would be the better of the 2 IMO..... Old timers jock the 351c's because they have giant heads for a stock motor. But with newer tecnology you can build a stupid nice Windsor for less money then you would spend on a Cleveland..... Lastly the jackazz who pushed ford to make the cleveland was an ex chevy guy. He was canned by Ford only a couple of years after he came to ford.... But a plus they did use the Cleveland heads to create the boss 302.

there is plenty of aftermarket for clevelands, trick flow and edelbrock make aluminum heads and efi and carb intakes. that being said, i still have a windsor in my mach 1 and a cleveland in the torino.

If you're on a budget, 351w. If you got money to burn and want to make tons of power with stock heads, Cleveland.
