I would really appreciate it if someone can help me put together a complete 5 lug conversion for my 87 2.3L? Maybe alist of parts and where to gt them, or if someon has a compete set and could hook it up. Thanks

you need a lot of parts to convert a 4cyl to 5lug.
you can either do it cheap, with take-off v8 foxbody spindles, calipers, pads, wheel bearings, and lincoln mark7 rotors (5 lug).
or go with better brakes, and get 1995 mustang spindles, calipers, rotors, pads.
in the rear you just need ranger / aerostar 5 lug axles, and drums.

The cheapest kit? 5 lug rotors from a 4cyl Ranger and axles/drums from the same. Will run you about $$90 from a junkyard.
