So I did 5 lug to my 86 coupe. I got 95 spindles hubs rotors calipers and brackets and brake lines
In the rear I just swapped out the axels and drums
Also changed the rear wheel cylinders on both side
So my question is why are my brakes not working I bleed the lines and all. Do I need to change the master cylinder? Or what's the issue

Not sure how the 86 setup differs from the 87-93 setup if at all. I've done many 5 lug swaps to the 87-93 cars and all that is needed is what you have stated. SN95 Complete front spindle/hub/rotor/caliper etc, rear axles, rear drums. Bleed & go. I've never had a problem with a swap over so far.
I typically bleed the brakes from the furthest point to the closest point. You might just need more bleeding.

or you broke the diaphragm in the booster when you were bleeding it if you were pressing the pedal all the way
