Which intake/cam for:

393w
ported TW TFS heads
Daily driver=Yes
Dragstrip car=NO
Roadcourse car=5% of the time (which means once every two months or so)
vortech at around 14lbs
Smog=YES
Racegas=NO
TweecerRt controlled=YES

Just planning..planning..and more planning..probably in a couple of months [Smile] Your guy's opinons matter and will help [worship]

I would try the trick flow R box series intake. Not cheap but I think it would work well for you. I have not looked but a XE comp blower grind cam in the 290 duration range would sound nice and really make some power. JMO good luck

Smog legal, the Holley has to be tops. You really need more, but there's nothing legal. Get a custom cam, just make sure you tell them it needs to pass a SMOG.
Or, you can just swap it all out every two years....

That sounds like a serious motor if the heads are ported right. With all that money you're spending, go with a custom cam. See what cam grinder the faster guys on the drag racing fastest ford list use and go with them. There are one or two shops that a lot of them use but I forget their names.
