I am looking at Summit's online catalog and it doesn't look like they sell Tremec or Spec products. [Confused]

My car is pretty stock and only has minor bolt ons RIGHT NOW. I want to put in the 3550 so I dont have to worry about tranny problems later on down the road when I get into the motor.

How streetable is the stage three clutch?

D&D performance is around 1100 for the 3550.

I went through almost all of the vendors in MM&FF and 5.0 Mag. and it looks like the going rate for a 3550 is $1,200 and another $200 for a Pro 5.0 Shifter. I am also looking at the Steeda quadrant, cable, and firewall adjuster for $110 and deciding weather to go with a Spec Stage Three Clutch or Centerforce Dual Friction, they are both around the $330 range.

the corral has many. not sure if you care if they are slighly used or not. most ive seen have beeen removed for an auto. so they sell the entire setup.

i had a spec stage 2 and i liked it. I abused the shit outta it and had no problems. Ive heard bad things about centerforces.

I have spec stage 2. I havnt tried any other performance clutches. The stage 2 is great unless you do any city driving. It will not engage when it gets warm. I only have about 3000 miles on mine and i go inro sf quite often. Going threw those steep ass hills with all the stop sighns kills the clutch. Other then that the feel is great..

My car never had any clutch problems and I had it for almost 9,000 miles.
