You're absolutely right, who cares what the media thinks. But I think we can start to care when other people start to react from what they are fed by the media. For example, if the media is feeding nothing but violence out of Oakland, certain people may not want to go to Oakland. If certain people may not want to go to Oakland, then that hurts the businesses in Oakland and ultimately the residents. But anyways, i don't care either way, I don't blame the media for anything. In my opinion, the media needs to feed nothing but violence out of Oakland. This guy kills 12 people and it gets national coverage which leads to national support for the families of the victims. People start talking and looking at ways things like this could be prevented and place funding into these ideas. In Oakland this month, there have been more than 12 murders that go unheard of nationally. Put the word out there so Oakland could get the support and reinforcements that Oakland needs to take Oakland back. Send in the funding that these below poverty families deserve for their suffering of lost loved ones from gun violence. Put the message out there so people start showing their support and demanding change for the city.

I can't believe there is still racism going on in this country. But the reality is that people are still racist and most of us think racist but we know its wrong but we won't say it, and that photo as sad as it is, is actually right in some ways.

Just like the Fort Hood shooter, a Muslim who is NOT labeled as a terrorist, who was NOT profiled for fear of stirring up the 'politically correct' hornet's nest .... when in actuality, he was emailing a terrorist leader in Yemen??? So yea, just because he IS a terrorist and happens to be Muslim doesn't necessarily mean - nowadays - that he'd be labeled/prosecuted as such, even if it was true

thats the point of the picture made. it means since he is white that there is no added "racial" stereo types to his motives.. and the picture is saying if he was of any other race there would be added bullshit..

Insanity plea is not a long thought out process, you can only use it if you went crazy and just reacted to something.
