Heres a tough question for you guys.
I saw a video of a guy doing a relative compression test with a lab scope on a foxbody. In the process he had a 2nd channel triggering the number 1 cylinder so he could use the firing order to determine which cylinder was low. But heres the weird part. He did the test by flooring the gas while cranking which disables the fuel and spark, so I have no idea where he tapped the 2nd channel in to trigger the number 1 cylinder. Ive done it in the past by using a 2nd amp clamp on either the number 1 spark plug wire or a number 1 coil wire (in a COP ignition). But if he disabled ignition AND injectors, how the fuck did he trigger number 1 cylinder?
Ive left a comment asking with no reply. And its bothering the ever living fuck out of me. Any ideas?
We're here for a good time, not a long time.
