I've been having alternator problems on my cobra since day one. It starts whining loud and I get a new one and problem solved already had 3 alts replaced, another problem I get is my alt pulley nut loosens up, I've tried putting lock tight and torquing it down also hit it with an impact gun and they still come loose.

An impact gun should be all it needs. Try taking it to a mechanic shop and have them use their heavy duty gun on the nut.
Are you getting the auto parts store alternators that come with a life time warranty? Those are the only good ones that last.

Sounds like a low quality alternator. Does your blower run off the same belt as your alternator, causing extra stress on the alternator bearings?

Don't know what else to say. An impact gun is the only way to get the pulley nut on tight. Auto shops have high torque ones. You might want to try the permanent lock tite that's yellow. The same thing is used to keep your drive shaft bolts in place.
