I'm still a beginner here but my 92 lx 5.0 will not start unless I really pump on the gas while it's cranking over. Just started doing this out of nowhere it didn't gradually start and get worse. Runs fine once it's started. I've replaced the fuel filter since and that's it. Still same issue. Thank you for any and all info CA ford community.

Do you stock fuel pressure regulator or aftermarket? Could be a bad fuel pressure regulator.. Also try to Check the timing.. I had a similar issue with my 91 convertible.. I had forgot to tighten the dizzy all the way, and timing moved on me..
