So i had an issue after putting in a mechanical oil pressure gauge, my pressure was reading low, well i figured out i have air in the line, is there anyway to get it out without disconnecting line with car on? Or is that the only way to do it?

If by chance you have a mechanical gauge in the passenger compartment that works by having a hose connected to the engine and gauge i would not use that in my car. That can cause serious issues if the hose breaks in the engine compartment and sprays hot oil all over the place. use a gauge that is electric and has a sender on the block for safety. just me

But a mechanical gauge does not have to be bled.

One of them is wrong. Check it with a known good gauge like a Snap On one. They are 2% accurate and i would find out which gauge is correct. Either way your pressures are a bit low which ever gauge is correct.
