Topic: V belt question

Gone through about 6 different belts and I can't find a belt that seems right. The best fit I have found was 84". I'm installing a vortech and I'm running everything except ac once the belt gets hot the tensioner pretty much touchs the water pump pulley.

Is the belt your running really tight? If not then that might be your problem I had an issue like that but the only belt I was able to run I had to force it on it was that tight never had an issue with it
