My coolant temp works perfectly fine until I upload a tune, it is a custom tune and my tuner has said it isn't a tuning issue. It stays stuck at 60 degrees coolant temp when I upload the tune and the fan dOesnt kick on because it thinks the car is at 60 degrees eventually causing it to overheat. Anybody have this problem before? As soon as I put the computer back to stock the coolant temp and fan works again

Maybe it might have something to do with AC option. Often people overlook the ac when it's disabled but the computer still thinks it's present. Just a guess as the electric fan also gets a signal from the ac circuit.
