I got this kit from on3 for a I think a base 302, its there first gen design which already heard sucks, but besides that, the motor is a 331 with some very ported out heads. cars makes quick power to about 3 to 35 thousand rpm, then dies out as in makes no more power. all air fuel ratios are perfect, double checked alot, Im thinking the turbo is too small, I performed a back pressure test before the turbo an Im getting double the back pressure for every pound of boost the car gets.i heard double is teh limit of something going wrong, this is my first turbo car so please don't assume Im a expert in this field lol.

Pretty much what you have described also uncontrolled boost amount and extremely high intake tract temps.
Its no good for the motor and can damage it.
