Can I use a foxbody type balancer on the crank of a 68 302? I'm changing the pullies but there are 3 holes for the bolts instead of the 4

i believe they are 28oz vs 50oz for the fox 5.0; so i dont think they would work i know the 351w went to 4 bolt between 69/70 but still where 28oz

Verify the part number of the balancer is a 28oz. If it's a stock '68 crank, then yeah, it should be a 28oz balancer. Most aftermarket balancers are drilled for both the 3 bolt and 4 bolt pulley patterns.

One thing I forgot to mention was that the big bolt in the middle is also holding the pully on
