So I just replaced my battery wires with 2g and gold plated terminals. The battery I had hooked up to it would not start it so I took my battery out of my Acura to start it and it fired right up, so I unhook my Acura battery and begin to place my mustang battery back inside so I can charge it when I drive around but asoon as I put the positive and negative battery post on the battery the car died! Can someone help me, what is my problem!

The battery is fried. It must have some bad cells because it doesn't want to hold a charge at all. I had that problem once.

I would go buy an Interstate green top MT-58

It may hold a charge, but they need to check cold cranking amps.

First thing if i am reading you correctly did you disconnect a battery from a running CAR!!!!! If so you are a very lucky person because not only did you risk an explosion of a battery you lucked out by not frying every electronic device in that car. Play the lotto because you must be very lucky. So if you did do this never do it again.
