Get a test light, disconnect the negative from the battery, you may need an extra hand, attach the test light to the ground cable, then touch the test light to the ground terminal. If the light comes on you have a draw. From this point I would start pulling fuses one at a time till the light goes out. I would not keep the test light on the battery while testing all fuses, one at a time or you may melt the test light. Also make sure the hood light is disconnected while hood is up, and doors are closed. This way is time consuming but a cheap way to find a draw. I find that most draws come from either a seat belt harness buned up, or electric sun visors , or the dome light is shorted out and causing a short. Good luck.
