Finally sourced an engine for my swap and just want to have it torn apart inspected and rebuilt if all good. Who in the bay, San Francisco all the way to sac, San Jose, Modesto all around, whos rebuilding modular motors. Motor will be a '03 navigator 5.4 short block.

I can do it. Price depends on what you do. They are extremely expensive to build though. And machine work is very touchy, if the clearances are off by just a little bit the engine will never be right. Or loose bearings. Also if you are going to use a 5.4 what intake are you going to use for iit? Assuming it's going in a car, 2v 3v or 4v heads?

5.4l 4v (the motor is from an 03 navi)
04/03 cobra 9 thread heads or any for that matter I'm not gonna be boosting
C head to b intake conversion IF I can have someone widen my b head intake.
Probably a boss intake IF I can't have someone widen my b head intake.
Then I got all my exhaust and what not already

The crank in a navi motor is just cast unlike the crank in your svt4.6

Yea I know but from what I understand my set up will net just under 400 and a truck motor should easily take that. But like I said this motor is to be dissabled inspected cleaned and then rebuilt not just taken trusted and shoved in the car

Those headers you have might not fit with the wider 5.4 in the engine bay..I know 4.6 gt's can't run any sort of long or mid length headers with a 5.4 swap without a custom set made..
