I hear the stock explorer valve springs are the same as, or a tad worse than stock e7 valve springs. But who here has actually ran them with a stock ho cam? Do they hold up to 5200rpm?
Let me know, Im sure theres atleast a few on here that slapped on the heads without doing anything to them.

The only problem with the springs is that they arent meant to run up to 5200-6250 rpm, if i were you id just buy the Alex springs for 100 bucks and be safe on it. I would hate to take iron heads on and more than once.
