I just recently went to take a drive in my car and noticed when i turned the key I heard no fuel pump priming. After reading online about these I found that sometimes the relays get wet and damaged? Mine being a 93 are in the front of the car, not under the seat so getting them wet is pretty easy. I also noticed the button in the trunk is always pushed down, it appears to be broken? Should I replace the relay and button first? The fuse for pump under the dash is fine, not blown. So im assuming its the pump, relay or button. The pump has been over time getting quieter and the prime was getting less aggressive on start up. All advice is good advice, thanks!!!!

Also, I WTB the button in the back and a fuel pump relay if someones selling one

Its cheaper if you get it yourself at pick npull , there should be no shortage for the enertia switch in the trunk.
Same with the fuse.

Or just hot wire the fuel pump, take off the fuse and if i remember correct its going to be the top right and bottom right pin thingy .
From there your fuel pump should run the whole time, but dont leave it on theres a reason why its a fusable link.

But my problem last weekend was the solenoid. I connected the wires wrong and my fp wouldnt prime.
Make sure your starter cable is on the neareast to your battery post on the solenoid and ALL THE OTHER WIRES TOWARDS THE FIREWALL lol how can i mess tbat up but i did.

I'd goto the junkyard but I have H/C/I so I don't want to run stock fuel pump. I had the 190lph. I just ordered a new one along with a seal. I've been leaking gas so I needed to do this anyways. I have the wires all ran correctly. Everything was in perfect working condition for over 2 years and its the same pump since previous owner. God knows how long its been in there and abused (low gas). Hopefully its the pump =(

I would first check voltage at the pump, at the button in the back, then the relay, before you start throwing parts at it, if it doesn't have 12 volts at any of these locations then I would look at the fusible links at the solenoid and the relay for the computer
