i changed tires in auto shop(just some used 17s i found behind a tire shop) at my high school a couple days ago but id couldn't balance em because some one lost or stole a the thing to hold the wheel on the balance it so i just drove it for a day or so and you could feel it a little 60+mph, but then i did some good burnouts like 2 gear long ones and i would say its 75% better
could burnouts balance tires or is it all just in my head?

Definitely all in your head. If anything, the tires had possible flat spots and they simply heated up enough to smooth out...they can't self-balance.
