Had this issue twice. It came down to the computer. See if a buddy will let you swap one for a quick test.

Does your car have significantly more power than stock with a non upgraded pump?
Do you often drive with low fuel level?

I'm thinking the pump is burned out. Could be another reason as to why but I believe the pump burned out

The reason I suspect a ecu is because the pump was stuck on rather turn priming the sexonds as it should. Try my simple idea first before you chase unicorns

It can be computer but if the computer replacement isn't the problem, I have had the distributor and the fusible links next to the solenoid and the ground next to the battery which has that detachable connector on it give me starting issues like this. I had a convertible come in this week which was thought to be a bad fuel pump but further checking, it wasnt reading enough voltage to the pump and it was just a bad ground next to the battery.

been working since 9am and still havent found what is going on. went to pick&pull to pick up a computer but no luck. full pump is good ruled out since i stuck back in the tank and hard wired it to a batt and it shot out real good. anyways anyone know how i could be getting low voltage all way back to the fuel pump its like at 2.2. racirx this is exactly what is happening. im getting 12v at the relay but after that the fuel pump shut off and the pump connection im reading both 2.2V's so im not getting enough juice. ive checked the grounds with the screws next to the battery and they seem good. do you know which particular ground it was??? damn i feel so close yet im so f'n burnt the hell out.....im selling this damn car after im done..
