I go to hop in and drive my car today and it acts like the battery is dead, it's been sitting for awhile with the alarm on but it starts. Go to wash the car then go to start dose the same thing but it starts after letting it sit for a few minutes then it starts. I tale the battery out of my other car to put in my mustang and dose the same thing. Both batteries are fairly new and start my other car. Can I need a new starter I checked all the cables they are good and clean.

Check for spark and fuel and air. Make sure your coil is firing and make sure the distributor is too. Then check for fuel at the rail test port also make sure the system primes koeo also make sure your injectors pulse. Check to see if theres any loose wires connections etc. good luck. If you need any help the number is in the signature
