Ok well not sure what it is but car was driving fine till I engage in the clutch then felt like the clutch cable snapped or stretched (clutch petal with a lot of play) so I replace clutch cable and the clutch cable is hella stiff if not to lose it I adjust the fire wall adjuster and won't let the gear go in at all. The clamp thing that holds the bottom clutch cable adjustment has a lot of play also not sure if it supposed too..clutch out?

If you replaced the quad you need to get an aftermarket adjustable cable.. the bottom of the cable should have a long threaded end and come with two bolts.. from there you can fine tune the adjustment.
