02 F350 Diesel automatic starts runs fine until occasionally on the freeway around 45-60mph acts like it's being over revved and doesn't want to shift.

In the last year:
Speed sensors replaced
New rear end
New transmission
Cam sensor replaced

Not throwing a code. Could it have to do with over drive? I'm stumped! Please help

Did you upgrade the torque converter at that time?
