So far I changed the coil packs. Spark plug wires, sparkplugs. And the car still runs bad don't know wat else it could be. Any suggestions? ????

No there's no check engine light. And I tried cleaning the mass air already

Maybe a dirty fuel filter? Have you checked fuel pressure? Is is running bad all the time or does it idle fine & drive bad?

You need a scanner to see what cylinder is causing the miss, the. Start swapping parts from the bad cylinder with a known good cylinder. Plug,wire,coil,injector. If the same cylinder is still causing the problem it's mechanical. Compression and leak down will tell ya whats causing it. Could be a head gasket, valve issues or rings.
