That is not an OEM clutch cable. You have an adjustable cable.. OEM are self adjusting. Probably not adjusted properly. Adjust the first nut by HAND to where it fits snug up against the clutch fork. Pry the cable off with a pry bar and thru the opening on the fork. Put the second nut on the stud and without moving the first nut, tighten the two nuts together. Pry the cable back on the fork and test it out. There should be a 1/2" to 1" of play on your clutch pedal.

Sorry if my explanation is a little sloppy.

When it does go into gear.. where does the clutch grab? I'm assuming right off the floor right? Like 1-2" off the floor?

How can you find out that ur pressure plate is bad? Cant find out till its out of the car. If your pedal is grabbing directly off the floor, I'm sure its something else.. something that disengages the clutch (quadrant, cable, clutch fork, etc)

Just put the car on jack stands, well it looks like its the pressure plate, The clutch cable is new, I guess when the dust cover is on it wont go into gear, and when the cover is off and i pull the fork down it will engage but only will go in sometimes but the pedal vibrates alot. tomorrow I'm gonna pick up a adjustable clutch cable just to see if that solves the problem maybe it need a adjustable one.

Its a t45 trans not a T5 trans. Fyi............
The bellhousing does get sealed with silicone from factory. You don't typically separate what seems to look like the bellhousing structure.
