Will I be able to use stock ebrake cable and stock proportionate valve? Thanks

you will need 93' cobra ebrake cables, i would recomend changing the prop valve to an adj one but not necessary, and definatly change the master cyl

Change the master cylinder to what? What about the booster?

I did buy a new master cylinder to the 94+ style
