does the spindle require anything extra to accomodate the cobra calipers?

There is a bracket that spaces the caliper out to run the 13" rotors. Most remanufactured calipers for the Cobras come with it in the box. I used to have a couple sets, let me know if you need them.

All of the 13" Cobra/Mach1/Bullitt calipers will bolt right up to the 94/95 spindles.

Only the 99-04 11" GT/V6 aluminum dual piston PBR caliper requires some clearancing to the arch.

I have refurbished 94/95 spindles available if needed

Most of the mid-full size Fords use the same caliper bolts, Don't recall the size offhand.
You will also need a balljoint spacer if installing on Fox control arms.
I have machined ball joint spacers and caliper bolts available.
