To those head mill their heads a bit , whether it be 0.030 or 0.010, are you guys doing the same to the intake? What happens of you don't ? Could the difference cause problems? What's the max tolerance?

.010 wont cause any issues. Anything over .030 will need to be checked for fitment. Because every combination is different and you gave no indication as to which intake you are using I would suggest the following. Any time you are going to mill heads it is a good idea to pull the block and have it squared as well. Bring the intake and check it after milling of all surfaces.
