So im going to be changing the fuel pump on my foxbody and I was wondering if I should buy the 190 or just go all out with the 255lph pump.car is basically all stock with exhuast and minor bolt ons.

The 255 lph should be fine , just be sure to have a fuel pressure regulator .

Im going to be running a stock regulator so im thinking about going with the 190lph cause I dont wanna be running too rich..

190Lph is good. Make sure to keep it above a 1/4 tank , and order the filler neck seal in advance. Its $14 bucks online but $37 at the dealership.

just get a 255, no real downside to going with the bigger one on this. the regulator will control the flow and set the pressure no worries of running rich
