So I'm on a over pass in a 88 lx and I hit the gas and it shuts off. Guy pulls behind me and pushes me to a parking lot with a jeep.. ends up breaking my tailight. But anyways the battery and check engine lights are on. It cranks but doesn't catch. Everthing electrical has been changed as well. Fuel pump primed as well.

Why would I do that? Ok let's say I do spray that into the intake and the engine runs, what happens after 5 seconds; it shuts off. I have NO POWER to the fuel pump.

I checked for power and I'm getting one hot wire to the fuel relay so I took some speaker wire and jumped it to the fuel pump power wire directly, and sure thing it primed up and the car started. But I heard that I have to get 2-3 hot wires for 5seconds when the key is in on mode.

Do you have spark when you crank it over? That's also triggered thru the ignition module when started.

Try and set....then reserve inertia switch in the rear trunk area just behind the drivers tail lamp. Inside the car behind the drivers plastic panel cover. You can use a rubber malet or the side of you hand. Make a fist and hit pretty hard with the side of your hand fisted and red button will pop up. Simply push in tp reset. Then start test for prime etc.

Found out the problem. Power was coming from my radio and it would blow the fuse out. So I re wired it a different route.
