will sbf valve covers physically mount on a sbf head, yes they will....but depends what valve train setup are you using and will it fit without touching the underside of the cover.
if the engine is all together (minus valve covers) mock assemble/install the valve covers on the heads WITHOUT the gaskets, turn over the engine by hand, see if the rockers make contact with the underside of the valve covers. if they do NOT contact you should be good to go.
