Any 1 know how to replace the heater core for a 95 gt?
Mine went bad and I bypassed it but winter is coming very soon and I need to replace it..
Any help will be appreciated..

should be similar to a fox body... on a fox you have to remove the center console, shifter handle and trim, radio, glove box, steering column, gauge cluster, dash, then remove the heater box, open it, replace the core and put everything back on.

it took me about 8 hours but i took my time it could probably be done in 5-6 hours

just keep unbolting shit until your interior looks like this -
I cut a slit in the top of the heater box when I replaced mine, I didn't want to touch the a/c as it blows ice cold and I was scared to evacuate it and recharge.
I sealed the cut in the box up with some black RTV, no problems and heater works great.
Use an OE Ford heatercore, it costs a shitload more but I'd rather do the job once...I replaced all the rubber hoses on the engine bay side at the same time as well.

you did alot more work then you need to blind

it -hardly- takes any more time to take the dash and center console out as it does to tilt the dash forward, it's all unbolted anyways, why risk scratching or breaking clips when you can pull it apart correctly?
