I have had a bbk on two of my mustangs and they both would whistle.i have a 70mm on right now and it whistles bad liked it at first but now its kinda getting annoying.

known issue bro, a lot of people fix it by taking a sanding role and cleaning up the holes entering the IAC. Mine used to whistle bad in my gt40 intake, but never whistles since I switched to a edelbrock performer. I would also try opening up the th opening up on the manifold to be a tad bit larger then the th.

I have a 65mm bbk tb hooked up to an edel brock intake
And I don't have that problem..

i got a 70mm and matchin spacer(bbk) an it whistle also! runnin gt40(explorer)intake an after a few minutes it really start to whistle
