So I jus swaped my old stock intake with the 93 cobra intake everything Is running fine but I've got whistle at idle but once I rev the car it goes away I'm thinking possible vacuum leak, let me know what you think thanks guys.

I had a Trick Flow Street Heat intake that did this... never found a solution and it never caused any problems just kind of annoying

Actually I remember if you would put my hands on the intake while at idle it would stop the whistle, so I was guessing it was something to do with vibration in the motor

I just popped my hood and I'm currently running the stock intake manifold with a bbk 70mm tb and spacer and it whistles at idle too. I'm sure different intake manifolds will amplify different harmonic frequencies, so one manifold may be louder than the next
