Well i doubt it would be easy if that is what you are asking. IM assuming you would have to swap the K-member, transmission, rear end, wiring harness, and maybe some items in the interior.. But if you could get the entire drivetrain out of a wrecked car it may be worth it.

the easiest way to do it would be to sell the car and buy a v8 mustang.
the next easiest would be to buy a running 1997 v8 mustang, either gt or cobra, and swap all of the running gear over.
I've done several motor swaps like this, and using a donor car is by far the easiest way to make sure you have everything you need for it to run properly.

Well hes not gonna sell.it bcuz he just put all this money into paint and body work.. But he said he found a mustang shop that does this swap all the time.. The wud charge 1500 if he supplied the motor, 2500 if they supplied a rebuilt engine.. And they provide all the nessecary part to complete the swap... Seems pretty resonable to me

Well if he is going to spend all the money to get a V8 in there tell him to at least get a 32v cobra or MKVIII engine in there or at least a PI 4.6. No sense in putting a 94-98 gt engine in that would barely make more power than the 6 cylinder.

Based on your questions, it would be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life.
