Hows it going my fellow members. I have a question to ask you guys, im looking into putting my car together slowly but surely and im having trouble figuring out what tranny to run, originally i was going to go with a redneck racing 3spd since the car will be seeing more track then anything. but have decided that i still want to be able to drive my car to meets or simply to the store if i have too, im not sure if it would be too much abuse for the 3spd driving it maybe twice a week so i thought maybe a AOD would be better, i don't know whats really out there and what really works, i have heard of 4r70w's being pretty good but im not sure, so i figure i would ask my cafords crew what you guys have heard works, any experiences with any of them? im looking to make around the 450hp mark but still wanna have lots of room to grow since i will be building the engine i want on the side so in the mean time i want to race the shit out of my stock bottom end with the s trim...any feedback would be great and highly appreciated...thanks cafords and members...look forward to hearing your guys input...
