Those two cams aren't really in the same ballpark. TFS Stage 2 is considerably larger and would likely require cutting the pistons to fit. B cam would drop right in, sound good, and be much better than a stock cam. I used a B cam on my last build which included World Products Windsor Sr. Heads, Tubular GT-40 manifold, 70mm t/b, 30# injectors, paxton sn-92 etc in a 91 full weight GT and ran a best of 12.23@113 while granny shifting.

The B/1.7 combo is a known performer for street applications and in some eyes an overachiever. The TFS1 is a fantastic cam as well. In several dyno sessions I have done the TFS bettered the B/1.7 by five hp. (really not enough to count as dynos are not consistant on the same day much less different days) The B/1.7 had better midrange torque by about the same. My favorite cam combo is a TFS with 1.7's. Nasty setup on 331 street combinations but a great way to go for a 302 in the 9.5 and up compression ratio range

A TFS2 with stock e7's will probably lose power.
