if you stay with foxbody brakes and drums in the rear, yes.

if you convert to disc in the rear or larger sn95 cobra calipers, you'll want to change master cylinders or your brake pedal will be hard as a rock and the rear brakes will drag from the residual pressure required for drum brakes, but that causes problems for disc brakes.

should be fine, but not ideal. I wouldn't recommend the 13" cobra brakes in the front with drums in the rear at all, base v6/gt brakes would work much better.

what would be the reason that you don't recommend?

the brake balance will cause the car to nose dive like crazy and the front brakes will lock up very easily.
