i have stock 19# injectors, stock fpr, and stock fuel pump,
i just installed a rail mounted gauge to see where my fuel pressure is at
idle w/o vacuum: 40psi idle with vacuum: 32psi
when i hit the throttle by hand, it peaks to 40 quickly (fraction of a second) and stays at about 30-32 while i still have the throttle open
does this sound right?

ok i installed the 190lph pump yesterday and the pressure changed slightly
psi at idle w/o vacuum: 40 psi psi at idle with vacuum: 36 psi
my pressure increased while the vacuum hose is attached, so my pump was probably going bad, right?

No, it was just a stock pump more than likely.
