I don't recall ever seeing or hearing about having one of these ported. I've had a set of e7 heads ported before and the gains were minimal at best. Anyone have any specific knowledge if porting the stock manifold would be worthwhile or not? Any dyno #'s or even someone who has had theirs ported with opinion would be appreciated.

Tmoss on Corral.net is the guy. There's some guys running some fast times with ported stock intakes.

i had my stock manifold ported and i seen a power loss when i switched up my set-up, it pulled more in the top end with the stock manifold then then after market one. I bought the car with the stock manifold ported so i cant give you any details about it but i seen a difference in the performance wish i never switched it up [ May 05, 2011, 04:07 PM: Message edited by: SAV650HAB ]

So, you're saying that your stock ported lower had more felt power than an aftermarket manifold? Which manifold?
