Call the company the carb sticker is for they usually send them in the mail, I had bbk and edelbrock help me out on those i dont know if any other companys will but they should

Most of the time you can just print the page from the manufacturers websight that includes a picture of the product as well as the CARB #. If that doesn't satisfy you, the smog tech, or law enforcement then go here and look it up http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/devices/aftermktdevice.php
