the top on my car will not go down you can hear the convertible motor crank and everything but no movement of the top at all. any suggestions on what the problem can be?

the hydraulic fluid is low, pull the back seats so you can get easy access and lay a towel around the top motor, pull the fill plug out of it and fill it with auto trans fluid TYPE F (ATF Type F), cycle the top a few times to get the air out, then top it up with the top down and replace the fill plug.

i have the same problem, it wont go down, so i lowered it manually, and went threw the trunk to fill the pump, but it was full, but when using the button the top will go back up, just not down.
