if u want a stock one there like 100-150 @ kragen aftermarket go 2 summitracing they go for 300-500 but kan hold alot more power

PARTS U NEED :
throw out bearing
pilot bearing
clutch alinment tool
and basic hand tools
jack stands
jack / transmission jack

For daily driving, best bang for buck imo is ram hd clutch. I have it on my cobe and like it better than king cobra. Best price at americanmuscle.com...180 I think.
