Hey I know this question has been asked a million times. And if you google it you'll find almost as many opinions/answers. This is for a 95 Cobra.

So the the stock MotorCraft Plug is AWSF-32C (Short thread).

Then I read that they changed their part #'s and SP-447 replaces both AWSF-32C (Short thread) & also AGSF-32C (long thread)

I know that a lot of people also use Autolite 764's (short thread)

*Is there any difference in performance with the plug being closer to the piston, Short vs long thread?

*I have always set the gap @ .052, I have a MSD 6A and Coil, Should I open the gap a bit?

Thanks

There actually is no difference in the plugs, it's the same shoulder seat. Same length.

And call me when you get a chance! [patriot]
