94 gt has gas in fuel lines new battery & altenator never had a problem b4 always have 2 kick start it 2 start can it b the starter yes or no plus I never changed it b4

yes if your having to kick start it to get it to run. I had the same problem with my 86 changed the starter and car had no problems after that.

might be the starter relay. if you can get a friend to help try hitting the starter with a hammer. that some times helps. if it starts with the hammer then you need a new starter.

Take a volt meter to the battery and check the voltage drop when trying to crank the car over..
