Somethin a lil better than stock .. is it a hassle to change .. est. How long is labor for some?

Just grab a King Cobra clutch. Labor isn't hard at all as long as you know what you're doing.

They're around $220 for a clutch kit on summit racing. Here is the link to it.

I noticed that the ford racing kit does not include a clutch alignment tool or a pilot bearing. I'd advise you to have that alignment tool for sure and also pick up a pilot bearing at Ford unless you want to find another kit that has the pilot bearing and alignment tool included. RAM makes a kit for $179 with the alignment tool minus the pilot bearing.. pilot bearings aren't much at all.
