Last night driving home my smog pump started to make a loud knock. At first I was thinking that it was a collapsed lifter, only that it isn't because it's atleast five knocks a second. But upon further investigation the source is the smog pump.
What the hell happened to it?

Smog pump delete FTW.
It could just be thats its an old pump. Things do go out.

im 90% sure its the TOB, because i noticed that in neutral cluch released its makes the noise, but clutch in theres no noise. its almost like how u get the chirping on most regular tob problems, but to like the tenth bruce lee power. Im wondering if I installed the clutch incorrectly. We will see tomorrow...plan on having it fixed tomorrow..
